Trauma-Informed Care

A new approach to healing.

I’m Jordann.

I often remind myself of the privilege I have to walk into almost any wellness space and see bodies like mine (both in shape and skin color), with practices that are generally accessible to me. My hope is to create a space where others can find comfort in knowing that their story, experiences, and abilities will be appreciated and honored.

TIC is an approach to providing care that assumes a person is more likely than not to have a history of trauma. These practices promote the safety, empowerment, and healing of trauma survivors. It’s used to reestablish trust and connection with the body and mind.
